The value for money at Villa Carolina was outstanding, and the room was perfectly spacious and well-designed. The location was fantastic, with beautiful views and a close proximity to Sorrento. The staff treated us like family, going above and beyond to make our stay amazing.
The morning meal could have been improved with a wider variety of options.

The hotel has very nice settings. Lemon and orange trees are all over the place. Great view to the Neapolitan bay. Hotel personnel is very helpful
The location is quite remote, uphill and not easy to find . If would recommend to call to the hotel for directions if you arrive by car

We had an amazing stay at Villa Carolina! the stunning views of Naples Bay and Vesuvius from our room were breathtaking. Emanuela and Carlo were incredibly helpful and accommodating. the courtesy shuttle and easy access to the town made exploring a breeze. the beautiful grounds, including a vegetable garden and lemon trees, were a delight. Emanuela's home-cooked breakfast treats were delicious. Highly recommended for a wonderful stay in the Sorrento area.
Felt exceptional, no complaints.

It would be difficult to find more friendly staff anywhere. They made us feel very welcome and made the holiday. The hotel is set amidst beatiful flower gardens which during our visit were abundent with lemons and herbs, used to great effect in the wonderful homemade cooking which we enjoyed on the lovely terrace watching the sun set over the bay. In all great value.
If you want to be in Sorrento then be aware that the town can only be reached on foot by either a long walk on the road or by a steep path/steps.

The views were absolutely stunning, the food was beautiful, and the staff were fantastic! Emanuella, Carlo, and Peppe went out of their way to make everything perfect for us. From collecting us and dropping us off to lending us their phone charger and catering for our dietary needs, they were truly amazing. Watching the sunset while having dinner on the terrace and enjoying a glass of prosecco in the hot tub was incredibly relaxing. We would definitely return to this lovely villa without hesitation.

The setting was beautiful way up on the hill overlooking the sea and Sorrento. It was quiet and peaceful and the room was lovely. It was very relaxing.
It would have been really nice to know what bus to get on to get up the hill to this accommodation ahead of time. We had to pay 50 euros to take a taxi up there the first time because we were told in at the train/bus station in town that there was no bus that went up there. We really had no idea just how far up the hill it was. The website said it took 10 minutes to drive up there but it actually took a good 20 minutes on the little local bus that we found out we could have taken once we arrived there. Also there are two parts to this b&B. The part near the road is just regular accommodations and the deluxe are a good steep walk down the hill. We didn't know this and it took a while to find it.

very nice view from the terrasse. lovely terrasse. nice breakfast on the terrasse. friendly staff.
the pictures of the bedroom on the website are not reflecting the style of the bedrooms in the annex : the rooms in the annex have the style and bathroom of budget cheap chain hotels. Very disappointing.would recommend to make the booking and make surethe room in not in the annex.

The location of the hotel offers stunning views of the coast and countryside. Guests can enjoy a scenic walk down to town or take advantage of the complimentary shuttle service. the room is spacious, bright, and clean, with a lovely sitting area near the hot tub. the breakfast is delicious, with homemade pastries and fresh eggs. the hosts, Emanuela and Carlo, go above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
The hotel is not located in the city center, which may be inconvenient for some guests.

It was a fun adventure to get out of Sorrento and wind our way into the hillside. The accomodations were clean and the staff nice.
The "stars" painted on the ceiling in the bedroom were glow in the dark and were a bit distracting as we tried to sleep. The mattress was too hard and pillows were also too hard.

The hosts at this B&B were incredibly attentive and went above and beyond for their guests. From the delicious breakfast with freshly squeezed juices and made-to-order omelettes, to the helpful arrangements for transfers, they truly made the stay memorable. The location of the B&B was also fantastic, offering a peaceful retreat away from the crowds of the city. And let's not forget the stunning views from the terrace, especially at night while enjoying a tasty meal. The overall homely feel of the place made it hard to leave, and I'm already looking forward to returning.
Honestly, there was nothing to dislike about this B&B. Everything was clean, comfortable, and exceeded expectations.

The room was beautiful and Stephania was very helpful, including giving us a lift to the bus with our bags when we left. The view from the decking was fantastic.
The location was a little difficult to reach. The taxi wouldn't go down the small narrow road so we had to walk with cases down the steep hill. More variety for breakfast over the days would be good.
